Timphoo is building India's first Kids Engagement OS — a platform connecting parents, children, trainers, academies and activity providers. As one of our Founding Engineers, you won't just write code — you'll help define the product, architecture, engineering culture and technical roadmap.

What You'll Do
  • Design and build scalable backend services and microservices.
  • Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs.
  • Design database schemas and optimize queries.
  • Build event-driven systems using Kafka.
  • Implement caching using Redis.
  • Work closely with Android, iOS and Web engineers.
  • Integrate third-party services like payment gateways, maps and notifications.
  • Participate in architecture, code reviews and technical decisions.
  • Debug production issues and improve system performance.
